Mary Noel Golder has spent more than 40 years helping injured people and grieving families seek justice after serious accidents. She listens closely, responds with care, and builds strong cases for those facing difficult losses. Her work reflects steady judgment, persistence, and a clear focus on accountability.

Mary earned a B.B.A. from the University of Texas and later received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center. That academic foundation helped shape a legal career centered on careful preparation, strong advocacy, and practical guidance for people facing life-changing injury claims.

Mary handles a wide range of personal injury matters, including automobile injury claims, wrongful death cases, motorcycle and pedestrian wrecks, premises injuries, and injuries on the job. Her background in trial law allows her to pursue both courtroom results and settlements that address losses while pressing for safer conduct.

Mary is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is also a Certified Specialist, Civil Trial Advocacy, National Board of Trial Advocacy. She has served with the American Board of Trial Advocates and held leadership roles within the Central West Texas Chapter.

Mary has also contributed to the legal field through teaching and writing. She was a Past Adjunct Instructor at Howard College and co-authored A Civil Rights Manual: Defense of Suits Against Law Enforcement Officers. Her published and teaching work shows a long commitment to legal education and informed advocacy.

Mary has earned recognition for her work, including Martindale Hubbell’s Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers 2017, Super Lawyers 2010-2026, and Fellow, Texas Bar Foundation, 2000 – Present. She has also served in bar leadership, grievance committee roles, and professional organizations across Texas and beyond.
