Natalie Jackson is a senior litigation attorney and Co-Director of Litigation at Ben Crump Law, PLLC, with more than two decades of experience handling complex civil rights, wrongful death, and mass tort cases for motorcycle accidents and others. She has built a strong reputation for advocating for clients facing serious harm and injustice. Her work reflects a commitment to accountability and results, as she has helped secure favorable outcomes in high-profile matters. Natalie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in African American Studies from Hampton University, where she developed a strong foundation in history and social issues. She later obtained her J.D. from the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2002. Her academic training prepared her for a career focused on justice and advocacy. This education provided the analytical and legal skills needed to handle complex litigation and represent clients effectively in both trial and negotiation settings with strong confidence.

Natalie, before entering private practice, served as a Naval Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy, where she developed leadership and analytical skills while working aboard the USS Roosevelt and at the Pentagon. She later began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Sanford, Florida, representing clients in misdemeanor and felony cases. In 2004, she founded The Women’s Trial Group, where she focused on personal injury and civil rights litigation alongside notable attorneys in many legal matters.

Natalie Jackson handles high-stakes cases involving civil rights violations, wrongful death, and large-scale mass tort claims in her current role as Co-Director of Litigation. She has contributed to major cases that have drawn national attention, helping clients seek justice and accountability.
