About
Carlos Rodriguez helps injured people and grieving families during some of the hardest times in their lives. He explains claims in clear terms, answers questions with care, and stays closely involved from start to finish. His goal is to reduce stress for clients while protecting their rights and pursuing fair treatment.
Carlos earned a B.A. Summa Cum Laude from Angelo State University in 1999. He later earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 2003. That academic foundation helped shape his disciplined approach to legal analysis, client service, and case preparation.
Carlos focuses on personal injury matters and is board-certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, 2010. He handles serious injury and fatality cases with urgency, knowing early action can protect evidence, document losses, and strengthen a claim before opposing parties gain an advantage.
Carlos works to protect clients when trucking companies, corporations, and insurance companies move quickly to defend themselves. He helps build strong cases by supporting efforts to preserve important evidence, speak with witnesses, and develop the facts carefully. His work is centered on seeking just compensation for injuries and losses.
Carlos was admitted to practice in Texas in 2003, as well as the U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas and the U.S. District Court Western District of Texas. His legal career also includes active involvement in respected professional groups tied to trial practice, justice, and service in the legal field.
Carlos also serves his community through civic and nonprofit leadership. His involvement has included work with the San Angelo Health Foundation, City of San Angelo Development Corporation, Hospice of San Angelo, Boys & Girls Club of San Angelo, and other organizations. That service reflects a steady commitment to helping people beyond the courtroom.
Carlos Rodriguez brings knowledge, courtroom strength, and steady client care to every case he handles. He works hard to protect the injured, stand up to unfair insurance practices, and pursue results that help people move forward. His approach is thoughtful, responsive, and grounded in service to others.
