Mary Elizabeth Quinn

Mary Elizabeth Quinn is the Founder and Managing Partner of Quinn & Lynch, P.A., and a Florida Bar Board Certified Family Law Attorney. Her practice is devoted to marital and family law, including divorce, pre-divorce planning, child custody and timesharing, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, paternity, relocation, and domestic violence injunctions. She also handles judgment and order modifications, enforcement and contempt proceedings, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, mediation, and collaborative law matters.

Mrs. Quinn earned her B.A. in English Literature from the University of South Florida in 1991. She received her J.D. with honors from St Thomas University School of Law in 1996. She has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1996 and became Board Certified in Marital and Family Law in 2011. She is also a Supreme Court of Florida Certified Mediator and has received training in collaborative law for resolving family disputes outside traditional litigation.

Mrs. Quinn has practiced exclusively in family law and represents clients in both negotiated and contested matters. Her work addresses financial and parenting issues that can arise before, during, and after divorce, including property division, support obligations, parenting plans, enforcement, and post-judgment modifications. She has also written on family law subjects and presented seminars covering matrimonial law, Florida divorce, marital settlement agreements, custody disputes and modifications, divorce taxation, and the use of vocational evaluations in alimony matters.

Mary Elizabeth Quinn is admitted to practice in Florida, before the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and before the US Supreme Court. Her professional involvement includes The Florida Bar Family Law Section, the Florida Bar Family Law Certification Committee, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and its Family Law and Collaborative sections. She has also served on the Florida Family Law Rules & Forms Committee and as a Master of the Family Law Inns of Court.
