Michelle M. Gervais is a Partner at Blank Rome LLP, Chair of the firm’s Florida offices, and Co-Chair of its Sports Law practice. Her work combines litigation, sports and entertainment law, matrimonial and family law, and business disputes. She advises athletes, celebrities, executives, and businesses on complex matters where professional, financial, family, and reputational interests intersect, including disputes that require careful strategy, discretion, and coordinated legal guidance for clients nationwide.

Michelle earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.S., cum laude, from Central Michigan University.
