Mary E. Vandenack

Mary Vandenack, CAP®, COLPM®, ACTEC, Accredited Estate Planner®, is the Managing Member of the Omaha office. She is a nationally recognized attorney who focuses on estate planning, asset protection, tax strategies, business services, and succession planning. Mary works with entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, wealthy families, and family offices. She helps her clients build strong legal plans to protect assets, minimize taxes, and pass wealth to future generations. Her work is guided by each client’s unique goals and challenges.

Mary E. Vandenack earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Creighton Law Review and Best Oral Advocate in Moot Court. She holds a B.A. in Business and Accounting, summa cum laude, from the College of St. Mary. She also earned a Certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and Master Track Certification in Social Work from the University of Michigan.

With years of experience, Mary helps business owners craft strategic exit plans, navigate complex tax issues, and protect their personal and business legacies. She also advises professionals in healthcare, mental health, and other licensed fields on regulatory and compliance matters.
