Mary Dee Allen

Mary Dee Allen is a Tennessee trial attorney at Wimberly Lawson Wright Daves & Jones, PLLC, who has practiced since 1992, focusing primarily on workers’ compensation defense and employment law discrimination defense. She represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Her work reflects a strong understanding of workplace disputes, claim defense, and litigation strategy. Mary earned her A.A. in Nursing from Union University in 1988 and passed the state licensure boards that year. She earned her B.S. in History from Union University in 1989. Mary is admitted in Tennessee and before the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Tennessee. She is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
