Mary Crego Peterson

Mary Crego Peterson focuses her practice on commercial litigation and appellate advocacy. She represents clients in employment, contract, construction defect, and real property disputes, as well as matters involving public records and public entities. Her work includes complex employment issues such as scientific misconduct reviews, internal proceedings, and executive separations. She also handles high-profile cases involving police shootings, trade secrets, intellectual property protection, and product liability claims for business clients.

Mary earned her J.D., with honors, from the University of Washington School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review and an executive board member of the Moot Court Honor Board. She also earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Her honors include Order of the Coif, Order of the Barristers, and the ACTL Medal for Excellence in Advocacy, among others.
