Erica Coray is a partner who advises and represents public, private, and nonprofit clients in civil litigation and employment matters. Erica earned a B.A. in Media Arts from Emerson College and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Boston College Journal of Law & Social Justice. Her education supports her thoughtful and disciplined approach to legal advocacy.

Erica represents employers in matters involving discrimination claims, constitutional issues, and religious accommodations. She also advises on employment policies, contract disputes, and best practices for evaluating exemption and accommodation requests. She also clerked for the Honorable Denise J. Casper of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and served as Managing Director for an early-stage technology company.
