She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Belmont University’s Jack Massey School of Business, earned in 1993, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Studies from Vanderbilt University. Her well-rounded education gives her valuable insight into estate, family, and business law matters.

Since starting her legal career, LaGrone has built extensive experience in probate and estate administration, including wills, trusts, and complex disputes between executors and beneficiaries. She advocates for clients in a wide range of family law matters—such as divorce, child custody, and child support—focusing on fair, results-driven representation. Before establishing her practice, LaGrone worked as an associate attorney at Weeks, Anderson, Baker & Russell and Jack Butler & Associates, where she honed her skills in litigation and legal advocacy. She is an active member of the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association. She also contributes to pro bono initiatives, such as the Nashville Bar Association’s Probate and Dial-a-Lawyer programs.
