Loren Andrulis

Loren Andrulis is a highly experienced attorney with over three decades of legal expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, real estate, and mining law. He advises clients on complex transactions, strategic planning, and investment structures, serving as a trusted legal partner for businesses, investors, and family offices.

Mr. Andrulis earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 1991 and his Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo College in 1986. He was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1991 and has since built a distinguished legal career advising clients on high-value corporate and financial matters.

Mr. Andrulis focuses his corporate law practice on serving as outside general counsel to closely held and family-owned businesses, advising them on entity formation, restructurings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and business sales. He has led and negotiated more than $1 billion in stock, asset, and commercial real estate transactions for both buyers and sellers. He also has deep experience in venture capital and securities, representing underwriters, investors, and startups in technology, healthcare, clean energy, and financial services offerings.

In the mining and natural resources sector, Mr. Andrulis represents regional, national, and international clients in acquiring and divesting mining properties, securing zoning approvals, negotiating land agreements, and structuring U.S. and Canadian resource investments. His work has contributed to successfully expanding and consolidating mining and construction companies.

As a real estate attorney, he has represented developers in acquisitions, sales, and leasing large-scale projects, assisted with zoning approvals, and advised on financing arrangements with commercial lenders and private investment funds.
