Loren Andrulis

Loren Andrulis is a highly experienced attorney with over three decades of legal expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities, real estate, and mining law. Mr. Andrulis earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 1991 and his Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo College in 1986. He was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1991 and has since built a distinguished legal career advising clients on high-value corporate and financial matters.

Mr. Andrulis’s corporate practice includes acting as general counsel for closely held businesses, guiding them through formations, restructurings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and sales.
