Mary Beth Hagan is an experienced litigator who concentrates on construction-related disputes, business litigation, real estate conflicts, and general civil matters. Mary built her legal career handling a wide range of matters for the construction industry, including disputes involving contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, homeowners, and commercial property owners. Her experience extends to advising business owners and representing clients in real estate and civil litigation. She is also a trained arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and a Rule 31 Listed Civil Mediator in Tennessee.
