She later attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, earning her Juris Doctor, graduating in the top five percent of her class, and gaining recognition for scholarly leadership during law school.
Mary built her legal career handling a wide range of matters for the construction industry, including disputes involving contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, homeowners, and commercial property owners. Her experience extends to advising business owners and representing clients in real estate and civil litigation. She is also a trained arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and a Rule 31 Listed Civil Mediator in Tennessee.
Mary has received multiple professional recognitions for her work and leadership within the legal community.
