Amanda N. Jelks is the founder of Jelks Law, PLLC, a firm committed to helping clients achieve peace of mind by protecting their assets and planning for the future. Since starting her firm in 2015, Amanda has focused on helping individuals and families build generational wealth, preserve dignity, and prepare for life’s challenges through estate planning and business law.

Amanda Jelks completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and earned her J.D. from the University of Memphis, both on academic scholarships. During her final year of law school, she gained valuable experience working with an airline’s corporate legal department.

Amanda, following law school, spent five years at a prominent regional law firm handling complex business matters, which provided a strong foundation for her legal career. Throughout her practice, Amanda Jelks has helped many clients navigate estate planning and business law with clear guidance and dedicated service.
