Martin Manke

Martin Manke is the managing attorney at Michaelson Law, bringing more than 25 years of experience in complex litigation and client advocacy. Known for his strategic insight and litigation excellence, Martin consistently delivers effective legal solutions across a broad range of civil matters, including business law, probate litigation, guardianship, and construction disputes.

Martin holds a J.D. from California Western School of Law (1999) and earned his B.A. in History from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1996. He is admitted to practice law in Nevada and has served as a mentor to first-year attorneys through the State Bar of Nevada, reflecting his leadership in the legal community.

Before joining Michaelson Law, Martin was a partner at one of the country’s largest national law firms, where he developed a strong foundation in high-stakes litigation. His extensive experience includes representing both individuals and businesses in contractual disputes, contested estates, and liability cases.
