Martin D. Crump

Martin D. Crump is a principal attorney at Davis & Crump, P.C., with nearly 20 years of experience representing clients in complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigations. Martin earned his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1997. He holds a B.A. from Mississippi State University (1994), where he double-majored in Philosophy and Psychology and minored in Religion.

Licensed to practice law in eight states—including Mississippi, Texas, and New York—Martin is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled thousands of complex cases involving pharmaceutical liability, defective medical devices, nursing home abuse and negligence, civil rights violations, and employment law disputes. His track record includes major drug and medical device litigations such as Avandia, Vioxx, Trasylol, and transvaginal mesh lawsuits. Martin has also served in key leadership positions as Co-Lead or Co-Head Counsel in high-profile multidistrict litigations (MDLs), including Hydroxycut, Skechers, Cook, and Viagra Melanoma cases.
