Mark J. Skapik is the founder and president of Skapik Law Group, where he brings over three decades of litigation experience in both state and federal courts. Mark Skapik earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, in 1985. He went on to receive his J.D. from Southwestern University College of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 1993. His technical background in mechanical design, quality control, and product sales gives him a unique edge when addressing cases that involve engineering, business operations, or product liability.

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Skapik has successfully handled a broad range of complex litigation, including construction defect trials, civil rights lawsuits under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, government liability claims, employment class actions, and medical malpractice cases. His team secured an $11 million recovery in a high-stakes Qui Tam False Claims Act matter. His current practice focuses on education rights, jail misconduct and prisoner abuse claims, wrongful termination, and Fair Housing Act violations, providing aggressive, results-driven representation for individuals and organizations.
