Myrna Gregory

Myrna Gregory is a respected Texas attorney with over 25 years of experience in family and civil law matters. She is known for delivering assertive legal advocacy while maintaining a compassionate approach, guiding clients through complex issues such as divorce, custody disputes, and modifications with professionalism and care.

Myrna earned her B.S. in Biology with Honors from the University of Houston after graduating as Valedictorian from Douglas Mac Arthur Sr. High School. She later obtained her Juris Doctor in 1988 from Bates College of Law/University of Houston Law Center. She is licensed to practice in all Texas courts and the U.S. District Court-Southern District of Texas.

Myrna has extensive courtroom experience representing clients in a wide range of family law cases. Her areas of practice include uncontested and contested divorces, custody modifications, paternity matters, enforcement actions, grandparent rights, and marital agreements. She also handles adoptions and relocation disputes with a results-driven approach.

Myrna is a member of the Houston Bar Association’s Family Law and Civil Litigation Sections, the Texas Family Law Foundation, and the College of the State Bar of Texas. She is a certified Mediator through the A. A. White Dispute Resolution Institute and has resolved hundreds of family law disputes as a neutral third party for courts across Harris County and surrounding areas.

Myrna has also served as a Court-appointed mediator, Amicus, and Guardian ad Litem in numerous cases involving children. In addition, she has acted as Special Master in Family District Courts. Her experience includes litigating cases before juries in counties such as Harris, Walker, Brazoria, and Tarrant, and she has successfully negotiated multimillion-dollar settlements in civil litigation.
