Mark H. Gunderson

Mark earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1978. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alabama, earned in 1975, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon, completed in 1971.

Mark has tried more than 160 cases in state and federal courts in Nevada and California, including about 60 jury trials. His work has helped shape Nevada law, with several cases reviewed by the Nevada Supreme Court becoming reported decisions that influence current legal standards.
