John R. Funk

John earned his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2011, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He also received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno, with High Distinction, in 2008.

John handles commercial and business litigation, real estate and commercial transactions, outside general counsel matters, and estate planning. He has served as lead counsel in trials and also worked as co-counsel in dispute resolution proceedings. His work includes complex cases involving business and property issues.

John represents a wide range of clients, including entrepreneurs, business owners, lenders, borrowers, landlords, tenants, developers, contractors, and real estate professionals. He has extensive experience in judgment collection and regularly advises clients on Nevada laws governing the collection and enforcement of judgments.

John also provides estate planning, probate, and trust administration services. His goal is to help clients protect their assets and ensure their wishes are followed. His work focuses on probate avoidance and careful planning to preserve and transfer wealth effectively.
