He went on to earn both his M.B.A. from the University of Alabama Manderson Graduate School of Business and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2014. His academic accomplishments include serving as Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review and earning recognition as a Dean’s Scholar and Graduate Council Fellow.
Mark has enforced construction bonds and materialmen’s liens, helping clients secure their rights in demanding projects. His experience also extends to organizing limited liability companies and analyzing issues involving employment, healthcare, and property law. His legal insight allows him to provide tailored solutions that balance efficiency and long-term protection for clients.
Mark previously clerked for The Hon. Katherine P. Nelson and The Hon. Bert W. Milling, Jr., both U.S. Magistrate Judges, and The Hon. Benjamin H. Brooks III, Mobile County Circuit Judge. He has closed multimillion-dollar real estate and construction transactions, including a federally insured multi-family housing loan exceeding $33 million. His strong professional affiliations include the Mobile Bar Association and the Saint Thomas More Legal Society.
