Christopher C. Setaro is a Connecticut attorney dedicated to protecting employee rights and representing injured workers. He founded Setaro Law Firm, LLC in 2016 after more than two decades as a partner in a prominent personal injury firm. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation, workplace injuries, and labor-related disputes. Chris is known for disciplined preparation, strong advocacy, and personal commitment to every client he represents.
Chris Setaro earned his undergraduate degree in History, cum laude, from the University of Connecticut and received his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1990 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and in the District of Columbia.
Early in his career, Chris served as Director of Research and Counsel for Carpenters’ Local 210, handling matters before the National Labor Relations Board and state labor authorities. He also worked with the United Mine Workers’ International Union and represented the Amalgamated Transit Union in grievance proceedings and collective bargaining negotiations. These experiences shaped his long-standing commitment to workplace justice.
Chris Setaro has built a respected workers’ compensation practice representing injured employees throughout Connecticut. He is active in professional organizations, including the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee and the Connecticut Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section.
