Mark A. Jensen

Mark A. Jensen is a Partner, Managing Partner of King & Spalding LLP’s Washington, DC office, and Co-Chair of its Special Matters and Government Investigations practice. His work focuses on white-collar litigation, government investigations, False Claims Act litigation, regulatory enforcement, internal investigations, health care law, and compliance counseling. He represents companies and senior executives facing complex criminal and civil matters before courts, government agencies, and Congress.

Mark earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Indiana University-Bloomington, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
