Pamela E. Berman is Of Counsel and a trial attorney at Conn Kavanaugh Rosenthal Peisch & Ford, LLP, with more than 35 years of experience handling complex business law and government investigations. Her practice focuses on business disputes involving healthcare, dentistry, employment, securities, real estate, energy, manufacturing, and financial services. She has litigated matters in state and federal courts across the country and advises clients on litigation strategy, risk, and alternative resolutions.

Pamela earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in History and Public Policy from Wells College and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. Her academic background in law, history, and public policy provided a strong foundation for a career involving complex commercial disputes and regulatory matters.

Pamela has handled significant litigation involving fraud, securities, insurance bad faith, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, brokerage disputes, and corporate conflicts. Her representative matters include obtaining a directed verdict in a commercial real estate fraud trial and defending a broker-dealer in a criminal money laundering case. She has defended more than 100 bad faith claims against insurance companies and represented healthcare and financial clients in government investigations.

Pamela E. Berman brings extensive trial and strategic counseling experience to businesses, professionals, and organizations facing high-stakes disputes. She has served in leadership roles with the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts and the National Conference of Women’s Bar Associations.
