Mario earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University before completing his Juris Doctor at New York Law School, where he focused on commercial real estate development and transactions. Early in his career, he represented a consortium of real estate holding companies in New York, handling municipal and code disputes, as well as significant False Claims Act litigation before the New York Supreme Court.
In 2016, Mario returned to Florida to focus on protecting homeowners and businesses from unfair insurance practices. Motivated by a passion for justice, he founded Property Litigation Group, PLLC, a firm dedicated to advocating for policyholders. Under his leadership, the firm has become a trusted name in property and insurance litigation, known for its personalized approach and effective results.
