Jack B. Spira

Jack B. Spira is the founding member of Spira, Beadle and McGarrell, P.A., established in Palm Bay, Florida, in 1992. With five decades of legal experience, he has built a distinguished career representing clients in real estate, land development, corporate law, and estate planning. His extensive background and dedication to excellence have made him a trusted legal advisor throughout Brevard County.

Jack earned his Bachelor of Arts from Cleveland State University in 1970 and his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University in 1973. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in both Ohio and Florida. Since relocating to Brevard County in 1976, he has served the community with professionalism and integrity, guiding individuals, developers, and businesses through a wide range of legal matters.

Jack’s practice includes comprehensive real estate services, from drafting contracts, leases, and mortgages to managing business transactions, shareholder agreements, and property closings. He also represents clients in litigation involving real estate disputes, foreclosures, and landlord–tenant conflicts. His experience in land use and local government law extends to representing clients before Brevard County boards and various municipal agencies.

Throughout his career, Jack B. Spira has contributed significantly to his community and profession. He has served as president of the Palm Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Brevard County Planning and Zoning Board. Additionally, he served on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit. His half-century commitment to the law continues to reflect his integrity, leadership, and dedication to serving Brevard County.
