Matthew Fornaro

Matthew Fornaro has provided exceptional legal representation to businesses and individuals across Coral Springs, Parkland, and surrounding areas since 2003. Matthew began his academic journey at Florida Atlantic University, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, one of the nation’s top institutions, and completed a Certificate of Intellectual Property Law from the same college. His educational background provides a strong foundation for his sophisticated handling of both transactional and litigation matters.

Matthew is admitted to practice before numerous courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Tax Court, and multiple federal appellate and district courts. Over the years, he has represented clients in diverse cases—ranging from antitrust and contract litigation to real estate and consumer finance disputes. He has successfully represented national banks, developers, car dealerships, and major corporations in complex state and federal proceedings, consistently achieving favorable outcomes.
