Maria C. F. Cruz is an accomplished litigation attorney handling business litigation, complex commercial disputes, construction matters, condominium conflicts, and real estate litigation. Known for her strategic approach and strong analytical capabilities, she provides clients with practical solutions to multifaceted legal challenges while maintaining a results-driven focus.

Maria earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2022, receiving the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Business Planning and Copyright Law, and earning recognition through the Cardinal Newman Scholarship. She is also pursuing an LL.M. with concentrations in Risk Management and Compliance from Texas A&M University School of Law, with an expected completion date in 2025, further enhancing her ability to counsel clients on evolving regulatory issues.

Before joining her current firm, Maria built strong litigation experience at a respected civil litigation practice representing developers, contractors, business owners, and homeowner associations.
