Diane R. Tiveron

Diane R. Tiveron is a seasoned New York attorney with over three decades of experience in corporate and business law. As managing partner of Tiveron Law and head of its Corporate & Business Law Department, she advises clients in business formations, acquisitions, contract law, and nonprofit governance with a strategic, personalized approach.

Diane earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 1989. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Canisius College, magna cum laude, and later completed a Mini-M.B.A. Certificate at Canisius to enhance her business acumen and leadership skills.

Since her admission to the New York State Bar in 1990, Diane has provided legal guidance to individuals and corporations in commercial litigation, landlord/tenant law, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights. Her work spans civil litigation, Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy, collections, and statewide representation of automobile lenders.
