Marcus earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University in 2004. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Charlotte School of Law, graduating in 2011. His legal expertise and fluency in Spanish allow him to serve a diverse client base, offering clear and effective communication throughout the legal process. He is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
