Marcos earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2006, following his undergraduate degree from Wichita State University in 2002. Marcos is licensed to practice through the State Bar of New Mexico since 2007. He is admitted to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and, most recently, the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
