Marc Dwyer, Esq., is an experienced Florida attorney with over 27 years of legal practice, providing trusted representation in family law, criminal defense, and bankruptcy. As lead trial counsel for the firm’s Criminal Defense and Bankruptcy Divisions, he has handled thousands of civil and criminal cases in both state and federal courts. His extensive background enables him to deliver skilled advocacy and practical solutions for a wide range of clients across Florida.
Marc earned two Bachelor’s degrees from the City University of New York at Queens College and his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville. During law school, he became the first student at Florida Coastal to win the statewide Best Individual Appellate Advocate Award in Moot Court Competition. His strong academic performance and dedication to excellence laid the foundation for a successful and versatile legal career.
Throughout his practice, Marc has represented a diverse array of clients, including individuals, families, landlords, tenants, business owners, and nonprofit organizations. His areas of focus include divorce, child custody, adoption, support modification, criminal defense, and debt relief. He is admitted to all three federal district courts in Florida and has also appeared pro hac vice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.
