Manuel Díaz is the founder and CEO of Díaz Law Firm, a leading Texas-based firm providing comprehensive legal services across Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Denton. With a corporate law and litigation background, Díaz brings seasoned legal experience and a strong commitment to serving diverse communities with integrity and personalized care.

Díaz earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2007, where he served as President of the Hispanic Law Students Association. Prior to that, he received a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from SMU’s Cox School of Business. He also holds an Associate of Arts in Spanish and English Translation from the University of Texas at Brownsville.

Before launching his firm, Díaz worked as a corporate attorney for an international law firm and later became a partner at a boutique litigation practice in Dallas. This extensive experience laid the foundation for his firm’s commitment to delivering high-quality legal solutions across multiple practice areas, including personal injury, family law, immigration, and criminal defense.

In addition to practicing law, Díaz is an active member of several legal and civic organizations. These include the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, Texas DWI Defense Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association. He also serves on the board of Dallas CASA and is a fellow of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, highlighting his dedication to public service and advocacy.
