Mr. Vaughn began his legal career as a deputy prosecutor with the Morgan County Prosecutor’s Office and later joined the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, the largest in Indiana. There, he quickly rose through the ranks—from high-volume misdemeanor courts to the OVWI Prosecution Unit, then the Level 6 Felony Division, and ultimately to the Major Felony Division, where he handled serious crimes including robbery, drug trafficking, burglary, and murder.
