Andre R. Perron has built a distinguished career as a trial lawyer, earning board certification in business litigation—an honor achieved by fewer than five percent of Florida attorneys. With more than thirty-five years of experience, he has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. Known for his strategic insight and steady courtroom presence, Mr. Perron consistently delivers effective representation in complex, high-stakes matters.
Andre began his academic path at Tulane University, earning his undergraduate degree in 1982. He went on to complete his Juris Doctor at Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1985, followed by a Master of Laws in American Banking Law Studies from Boston University School of Law in 1989. His commitment to legal scholarship extended into teaching, serving as an adjunct professor in banking law at both Stetson University and Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Andre’s litigation experience covers a wide range of disputes, including business torts, contract conflicts, civil rights violations, trust and probate matters, and broker-customer disputes. His background includes high-value cases involving trust beneficiaries, contested wills, family partnerships, and claims against broker-dealers for misconduct. He has represented clients before federal and state courts in Florida, as well as before arbitration panels of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the American Arbitration Association.
Andre has also demonstrated leadership within the profession, serving as Co-Chairman of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee and as chair of the Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee. He has been an active member of multiple bar associations and has frequently lectured on subjects ranging from ethics to banking law. His dedication to community service includes roles as a director for Manatee Junior Achievement and the Florida West Coast Symphony, reflecting his commitment to both professional and civic responsibility.
