About

Lyndsey Richard is a highly experienced estate planning attorney dedicated to guiding individuals and families through the legal complexities of future planning. With a client-focused approach, she assists in creating wills, trusts, and vital legal documents. Lyndsey began her academic path at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she earned a B.A. in Economics in 2004. She later earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2007. This solid educational background supports her expertise in estate and probate law, further reinforced by her admission to practice in Colorado, the U.S. District Court District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 10th Circuit.

Lyndsey’s early legal career included litigation work in probate, business, contract, and real estate disputes. These experiences strengthened her ability to navigate the legal and personal challenges clients often face in estate planning.
