Richard R. Gibson is a shareholder at Monroe Moxness Berg, where he brings over two decades of experience advising businesses, financial institutions, and business owners. His practice includes acting as general corporate counsel and guiding clients through acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and complex equity and debt transactions.

Rick earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University. His legal and financial education enables him to offer clients well-rounded, strategic corporate, finance, and tax guidance.
