Lyndsey D. Dilks is an accomplished Arkansas attorney known for her work in bankruptcy law, foreclosure defense, and debt negotiation. She has represented thousands of clients, guiding individuals, families, and business owners through complex financial situations with dedication and skill.

Lyndsey began her academic journey at the Arkansas School of Mathematics and Sciences before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Logistics from the University of Arkansas in 1998. She later earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law in 2006, where she also studied international transportation law in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Lyndsey gained extensive experience in private practice, representing clients across South Arkansas, particularly in the Pine Bluff area. She was later invited to develop and lead the bankruptcy department of a larger firm, managing it for over five years and helping both consumers and businesses address pressing financial matters. Lyndsey was nominated for the 8th Circuit Distinguished Student Award by the American College of Bankruptcy and later clerked for The Honorable Audrey R. Evans, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.

Lyndsey’s practice covers Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 bankruptcies, complicated bankruptcy issues, mortgage litigation, debt negotiation, and solutions to halt foreclosures, garnishments, and repossessions. She also advises on student loan repayment options, bringing compassion and clarity to every case she handles.

Lyndsey D. Dilks has been honored multiple times, including recognition as Outstanding Young Lawyer by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and recipient of the President’s Award from the same organization. She has also completed advanced training in bankruptcy litigation and mortgage litigation, further strengthening her ability to serve clients in challenging times.
