Stephen B. Niswanger has over 25 years of experience handling business and general litigation, as well as complex transactions. His practice includes real estate, construction disputes, contracts, business torts, partner conflicts, trade secrets, creditors’ rights, as well as foreclosure and bankruptcy.
Steve holds a B.A. in English and Public Policy from Duke University, graduating cum laude in 1991. He earned his J.D. with high honors from the U.A.L.R. William H. Bowen School of Law in 1995, where he served as associate editor of the law journal. He was admitted to practice in Arkansas in 1996.
Steve is a member of the Pulaski County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations. His Bar admissions extend to Arkansas federal and state courts, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.
