Lucy Lu, Esq., is a highly skilled attorney with deep expertise in immigration, corporate, and litigation law. Lucy began her academic journey earning an LL.B from Tsinghua University, School of Law, followed by an LL.M from Illinois Tech, Chicago-Kent College of Law. She also pursued an EMBA at Georgia Tech, and completed executive programs in Law Firm Leadership at Harvard Law School and business studies at Harvard Business School.

Lucy has represented large international companies on inbound and outbound immigration issues, helping executives, professionals, and specialized workers navigate U.S. immigration laws. She has also provided full immigration services for international talents, covering business and family solutions, humanitarian relief, and federal litigation.

Lucy advises on corporate structure and governance for franchises operating across states or borders. Her experience includes counseling startups on incorporation, incentive planning, financing, valuation, technology growth, and exit strategies. She also supports non-profits in multi-state operations and assists foreign businesses entering the U.S. market.
