Luba Smal is a licensed immigration attorney with over 20 years of experience in U.S. federal immigration law. She founded Smal Immigration Law Office, a remote law firm based in Omaha, Nebraska, and serves clients across all 50 states and internationally. Since 2004, Luba has helped individuals and families navigate the complex immigration system with care, strategy, and legal precision. Luba holds two law degrees. She earned a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, and another J.D. from Grodno State University School of Law in Belarus. She is admitted to practice law in Nebraska, USA (since 2004) and Belarus (since 1994).
