Lorenzo Arca

Lorenzo Arca is a Miami attorney and partner at Fleitas + Arca PLLC whose practice includes immigration, business law, Italian citizenship, and estate planning and probate. He advises foreign investors and businesses entering the United States and represents families and individuals seeking immigration benefits. His work includes employment-based and family-based petitions, permanent residence, citizenship, and nonimmigrant visas used by investors and businesses.

Lorenzo earned a B.S.B.A. from Florida International University College of Business, double majoring in Marketing and International Business. He later earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude as salutatorian. He received a Medallion of Distinction for Excellence in Civic Engagement after completing more than 200 hours of pro bono service and participated in the FIU Law Review.

Lorenzo advises on E, L, O, B, and other nonimmigrant visas, as well as business formation, contract negotiation, and cross-border transactions. He also works with Italian professionals on citizenship, visa, and real estate matters. His estate practice includes wills, trusts, probate administration, powers of attorney, and asset protection. Before becoming a partner, he served as an associate attorney with FLEITAS PLLC from 2018 through 2023.

Lorenzo Arca completed judicial internships with Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga in the Southern District of Florida and Judge Barbara Lagoa in Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal. He also worked with the Carlos A. Costa Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. His business education and immigration experience support the planning required when overseas clients establish U.S. operations, obtain immigration status, or manage assets across national borders.
