Lonny Fish

Lonny Fish is a Pennsylvania criminal defense and civil litigation attorney who represents clients in state and federal courts. He is the founder of Liberty Law Team and has built his practice around defending individuals facing serious criminal allegations while also representing clients in personal injury and civil litigation matters. His criminal defense practice includes homicide, aggravated assault, robbery, burglary, drug offenses, weapons charges, theft, sex offenses, conspiracy, appeals, PCRA matters, and unlawful search and seizure claims. Mr. Fish earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002. He received his J.D. from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania the same year. In 2006, he was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. His legal education and early focus on trial advocacy laid the foundation for a career dedicated to courtroom litigation.

Mr. Fish opened his own law practice in 2005 at the age of 23 after beginning college at just 15 and entering law school at 20. Since then, he has tried numerous jury cases involving charges ranging from DUI to homicide. The firm’s website reports that he won 18 of his first 20 jury trials and has recovered millions of dollars for clients in civil matters.
