Lisa began her legal career in criminal law, practicing for over a decade. She worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in Detroit, MI, handling several high-profile cases. She was specially assigned to the Homicide Division for most of her tenure, successfully prosecuting complex murder cases. In a notable achievement, she secured murder convictions in cases where the victim’s body was never recovered. Her ability to build strong cases with compelling evidence demonstrated her sharp legal skills and commitment to justice.

Before joining the Prosecutor’s Office, Lisa was an associate at a medical malpractice insurance defense firm, where she gained valuable experience in insurance law. In 2012, she transitioned into the auto insurance sector, where she focused on defending first and third-party claims, as well as uninsured and underinsured motorist cases. Her deep knowledge of insurance law and litigation strategy allowed her to successfully represent clients in complex legal disputes.
