Lisa A. Brown

Lisa A. Brown is a member at Dykema Gossett PLLC and serves as Office Managing Member of the firm’s Detroit office. She co-leads the Supply Chain group and leads its Recall Cost Recovery team. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and counseling for global manufacturers, automotive companies, and suppliers. She handles supply chain lawsuits and disputes, warranty and recall recovery, commercial claims, contracting issues, and pre-litigation strategy.

Lisa has more than 26 years of experience representing clients in the automotive, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and other commercial sectors. She handles pricing disputes, stop-ship threats, plant closures, termination claims, obsolescence issues, warranty costs, and supply risks. Her work includes negotiation, private arbitration, jury trials, and appellate matters across the country. She has defended nationwide class actions and represented original equipment manufacturers in contract disputes involving suppliers and recall costs.
