Lindsey S. Birdsong

Lindsey S. Birdsong is a distinguished Texas attorney and Board-Certified specialist in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Since his admission to the State Bar of Texas in 1991, he has built a respected transactional practice focused on health care law, business law, and corporate transactions. He advises clients on complex regulatory, contractual, and compliance issues, representing healthcare providers, physicians, and businesses across Texas.

Mr. Birdsong earned his B.B.A. from Texas Tech University School of Business and his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law.
