Lindsey K. Janklow is an attorney with Johnson, Janklow & Abdallah, LLP in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. During her undergraduate studies, she served as President of the Criminal Justice Club and interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of South Dakota. In law school, she served as President of the UJS Helpline, a program created to assist pro se litigants.
Lindsey’s work includes personal injury claims, disability discrimination, daycare abuse, medical malpractice, education disputes, health care matters, criminal cases, and family law. Her advocacy for people with disabilities also extended to legislative issues, including efforts connected with autism insurance reform bills brought before the South Dakota Legislature in 2019. She is admitted in South Dakota and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota, allowing her to represent clients in both state and federal settings.
Lindsey serves as Vice President of the Yaks Gives Back Foundation, a nonprofit organization focused on inclusivity and employment opportunities for individuals of all abilities. She also participates in professional associations including the Second Circuit Bar Association, Women in Law, and the Young Lawyer Association. Lindsey K.
