Roy Hahn

Roy Hahn is a Nebraska attorney with a broad practice in real estate transactions, IRC 1031 exchange transactions, commercial litigation, estate planning, business planning, probate and trust administration, Social Security and Medicaid, and elder law. He has been admitted to practice in Nebraska since 1968.

Roy earned his J.D. from the University of Nebraska in 1968. He also earned his B.A. from the University of Nebraska in 1965, with majors in History, English, and Political Science. His education built a strong base for decades of legal service in Nebraska.
