Philip M. Kelly

Philip M. Kelly is a Nebraska Panhandle attorney with more than 20 years of experience handling complex business law matters. His practice includes bankruptcy, insurance defense, real estate, contract disputes, corporate matters, wills, and probate. He brings broad legal knowledge to clients with business, property, and planning needs.

Philip graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1972. He later attended Creighton University Law School, graduating in 1977. His education prepared him for a long legal career focused on business matters, municipal work, real estate issues, bankruptcy matters, and other legal needs in Nebraska communities.

Philip has served as an adjunct faculty member at Nebraska Community College from 1977 to 1990. He is also a Certified Real Estate Instructor through the Nebraska Real Estate Commission. In addition, he has served as city attorney for several municipalities in Western Nebraska over the past 40 years.

Philip’s recognition includes an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell’s peer-review rating system. This rating reflects confidential opinions from members of the Bar and judiciary.
