David Mann

David Mann is the founding attorney of Mann Law in Melbourne, Florida, where he provides dedicated legal representation in personal injury, bankruptcy law, and foreclosure defense. With years of experience on both sides of the courtroom, he brings unique insight and a strong commitment to helping clients achieve fair results. Before establishing his practice, David worked at a leading insurance defense firm, representing some of the largest insurance companies in the nation. That experience gave him a clear understanding of how insurers evaluate claims, which now helps him fight effectively for individuals facing difficult legal challenges.

David earned his B.B.A. in Finance from Stetson University before pursuing his J.D. at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While at Barry, he graduated 10th in his class and earned several distinctions, including a High Honors Trial Advocacy Certificate, Trial Advocacy Book Award, and Contracts Book Award. His academic achievements reflect both his skill and dedication to legal excellence.
