About

Lindsay A. Saylors is an attorney with Kollias, P.C., where she focuses her practice on family law matters across DuPage, Cook, Will, and Kane counties. She provides thoughtful guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex legal issues and work toward practical, effective resolutions in sensitive cases.

Lindsay earned her Juris Doctorate in 2018 from The John Marshall Law School, now known as the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago, with a minor in Psychology of Crime and Justice.

Lindsay began her career in social services, assisting survivors of gender-based violence with shelter, employment, and legal resources. This experience shaped her decision to become an attorney and to focus on family law, where she could better support individuals facing difficult, often personal legal challenges.

Lindsay has practiced family law since being admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2019, handling a wide range of matters, including divorce, post-divorce litigation, and child-related issues. She has gained experience working with several family law firms, building a strong foundation in representing clients in complex cases.

During law school, Lindsay served on the Executive Board of the Children and Family Law Society and the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. She also worked as a licensed student attorney in the Family Law and Domestic Violence Legal Clinic, representing survivors of domestic violence under supervision.

Lindsay approaches each case as a guide for her clients, helping them make informed decisions during uncertain times. She listens carefully to understand each client’s goals and develops a clear plan of action, ensuring that their needs remain the focus throughout the legal process.

Lindsay A. Saylors is active in the legal community as a member of several bar associations, including the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers, where she serves as Third Vice President. She continues to support her clients with care, experience, and a strong commitment to effective representation.
